Return and Refund Policy

At Hillycorn, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns on any products.

However, we are happy to offer a replacement if the product meets our eligibility criteria.

2. Replacements

You can request a replacement if you encounter any of the following issues with your order:

Damaged or Incorrect Product Received.

Item Missing from Order.

Expired Product Received (Must attach a clear image showing the expiry date along with the invoice).

To initiate a replacement request:

Email us at support@hillycorn.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach a clear image of the delivered product along with the invoice.

Our Audit team will review the request and, if eligible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refund requests will be processed only after internal quality checks.

Customers must provide the necessary proof to support their refund request.

Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time, please contact us.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refund requests initiated after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Refunds will not be processed if sufficient proof is not provided.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If the order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for a replacement or refund if it is found to be damaged or unfit for consumption.
